Occasionally there are times when you see something that you think the club should be made aware of. It might be something like you really enjoyed the last social event and wanted the let the club know, however it might be the way  a coach spoke to your son/daughter or the fact that there was no toilet paper in the ladies toilet. It’s important that the club knows these things, it’s all part of making the club a more enjoyable place for everyone.
