Diamond Valley United Soccer Club is thrilled to announce the launch of its newest initiative: the DVUSC Minis Training Program. Inspired by the success of the FFA Miniroos Kickoff program, DVUSC Minis promises to be an electrifying platform where budding soccer talents can ignite their passion for the beautiful game.
The DVUSC Minis Training Program is designed to provide children aged 6 to 10 years old with a dynamic and engaging introduction to the world of soccer. With a focus on fostering fundamental skills, teamwork, and above all, fun, DVUSC Minis aims to cultivate a lifelong love for the sport in its youngest participants.
“Just like the FFA Miniroos Kickoff program, DVUSC Minis is all about creating a supportive and inclusive environment where kids can thrive,” says Jason Innes, spokesperson for DVUSC. “We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of soccer, and DVUSC Minis is the perfect starting point for their soccer journey. “
Featuring DVUSC coaching staff, age-appropriate drills, and small-sided games, DVUSC Minis sessions are tailored to suit the unique needs and abilities of young players. They will be taking their first steps on a soccer pitch and starting their skill development for future success, participants can expect an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, learning, and lots of goals!
“We’re not just teaching soccer skills; we’re building confidence, character, and camaraderie,” adds Jason. “DVUSC Minis isn’t just about developing great soccer players; it’s about nurturing great people. The program also provides a coaching pathway for some of our U17/18 girls with a view to them coaching junior girls teams in the future.“
